Paco, this kid that I know who lives around the corner and down the street from where I was currently staying, called me over to his house the other day to show me what his dad was stocking up in his house. He told me that they were putting up a skateshop and they were going to have some longboards for sale there. My Experiences with the Insanity Workout

I have always considered myself to be in shape. However when I started insanity I realize that I could be much much better shape than I thought possible. The first couple of weeks of trying this workout really kicked my butt. And I mean literally.

The are a number of sports that I would like to do in the coming year, but some will require some intense training. Landing with a Bump

As an ex-gymnast, I always get very excited about going to the circus not the traditional circus with animals and silly clowns, but the new artistic circuses that had appeared in recent years.
